Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

GuildHall Compact LLC ("GuildHall," "we," "our," or "us") is a Missouri limited liability company providing operations and technology advisory services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ghforge.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

This policy applies to information collected through this website. Information you share with us during a paid engagement is governed by your signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Sales Order, not by this policy, confidentiality terms are in Section 9 of the MSA. Section 4 below lists every third party that processes data on our behalf, including the AI provider we use in delivering engagements.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need. Here is what that means in practice for this site:

Booking information (via Cal.com)

When you schedule a discovery call through the booking form on our Contact page, Cal.com collects your name, email address, the meeting time you select, and any optional notes you choose to include. Your phone number is optional and only collected if you provide it. This information comes to us through Cal.com, which is our scheduling subprocessor.

Hosting and server logs (via Cloudflare Pages)

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare automatically processes certain technical data as part of delivering web content, including your IP address (used only to derive approximate country), the pages you request, and response timing data. GuildHall does not receive individual IP addresses from Cloudflare. We may see aggregate traffic reports (country-level, page-level request counts) for the purpose of maintaining the site.

Direct email

If you email us at [email protected], we receive and store that correspondence. We use no CRM system, marketing automation platform, or mailing list. Email goes directly to Kyle Haworth.

Client engagement data

Information you share during a paid engagement, workflow documents, SOPs, pricing sheets, and similar operational materials, is governed by your signed Master Services Agreement and Sales Order, not by this website policy. One thing is worth stating here rather than only in the contract: engagement material may be submitted to the third-party AI provider listed in Section 4 as part of delivering the work. See Section 8 of our Terms for what that does and does not mean, and how to tell us to stop.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for these purposes:

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call
• To deliver the services you engage us for
• To maintain and troubleshoot this website
• To comply with legal obligations if required

We do not use the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, or anything you write to us, for email marketing, advertising, retargeting, or any automated profiling. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 4. We do separately measure whether a visit to this site led to a booked call, so we can tell which advertising is worth paying for; that measurement is described in Section 7 and never includes anything you typed.

4. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We use five third-party services that process data on our behalf. The first two deliver the functionality of this website. The next two measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and are only active while we are running advertising campaigns. The last one is used in delivering client engagements rather than in running this site.

• Cal.com, handles our booking flow. When you schedule a call, your booking data is processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy: cal.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare Pages, hosts this website and processes server-level request data under their privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google Ads, measures whether an ad click led to a booked call. Governed by the Google privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Microsoft Advertising: the same measurement for ads shown on Microsoft's search network. Governed by the Microsoft privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
• Anthropic (Claude): the AI provider we use to help perform analysis, drafting, and automation work during client engagements. Material provided during an engagement may be submitted to Anthropic as part of delivering the services; this service is not used to process website booking or inquiry data. Processing takes place in the United States. Governed by the Anthropic privacy policy: anthropic.com/legal/privacy. GuildHall does not train any model on your information. Anthropic's own terms for the subscription tier we use permit Anthropic to use submitted material to improve its models and to retain it on its own schedule. We do not hold a data-processing agreement or zero-retention arrangement with Anthropic, and we will not claim otherwise. You may direct us in writing at any time not to submit your information to this service, see Section 8 of our Terms.

Beyond these five services, we do not share your information with any other third party unless required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

5. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as we need it:

• Booking inquiries that do not convert to an engagement: We retain your booking information for 12 months from the date of the scheduled call, then delete it.
• Email correspondence (inquiry-related): We retain email threads for 24 months if no engagement begins, then delete them.
• Engagement records: Records related to a completed paid engagement are retained for 7 years from the end of the engagement, consistent with standard Missouri business record retention practice. After that period, records are deleted unless a legal hold applies.

6. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, we extend the following rights to everyone who contacts us or uses this site:

• Right to access: You can ask us what information we hold about you.
• Right to correct: You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Right to delete: You can ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal retention obligations.
• Right to opt out of data sharing: We don't share your data for commercial purposes, but you can confirm this at any time by asking.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We are a small US-based business not specifically targeting EU or UK residents, but we will handle any request from EU or UK individuals with the same care described above.

7. Cookies and Tracking

GuildHall does not use device fingerprinting, and we do not sell your personal information or share it with data brokers. Everything we do use is listed below, in plain terms.

Traffic measurement

For basic, privacy-preserving traffic measurement, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it reports only aggregate figures such as page views and referral sources (the site that linked you to us) without setting cookies, without fingerprinting your device, and without collecting personal information about you or building any profile of you.

Advertising conversion tracking

While we are running advertising campaigns, this site also uses conversion tracking from Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. We want to be straightforward about the difference: unlike our traffic analytics, these are advertising technologies. They do set cookies, and each provider can use them to recognize your browser across other sites in its own advertising network.

We use them to measure two things and nothing else: whether a visit resulted in a booked discovery call, and whether someone clicked one of our email links. We do not use them to build retargeting audiences or to follow you around the internet with our ads. Nothing you type into the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, or the content of any message, is sent to either advertising provider.

You can limit ad personalization directly with each provider at Google My Ad Center and at Microsoft ad settings. Browser-level cookie controls and tracker-blocking extensions also prevent these tags from loading, and nothing on this site is withheld from you if you use them.

The Cal.com booking embed may set session cookies necessary for the booking flow to function. These cookies are set by Cal.com under their own privacy policy and are used only to maintain the state of your booking session. They are not used for cross-site tracking or advertising.

Cloudflare handles our hosting at the server level. Any processing Cloudflare performs for security and performance purposes (for example, bot detection) is governed by their privacy policy. GuildHall does not instruct Cloudflare to collect data about you beyond what is required to serve this website.

8. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will send a direct email notice to active client contacts. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
