Our work
Intelligence,
put to work.
Connected foundations, practical improvements and analysis for important decisions. These anonymous examples show what we did and what changed.
Connected AI workspaces
Business intelligence, built on the systems already in use.
The starting point
Small businesses needed business intelligence and analytics that could draw on their existing operational systems.
The work
We set up AI-enabled workspaces and connected primary business systems. Across these engagements, the connections include email, accounting, inventory and ERP systems; the mix is tailored to each business.
The result
Teams can request reports on trends, examine internal processes for opportunities to improve, and create bespoke dashboards updated with live data from connected sources.
Connections, reporting scope and refresh frequency depend on the source systems and the agreed setup.
Advertising spend review
A lower price for brand-search clicks. A closer review of the spending.
The starting point
An advertising account was paying heavily for clicks on the business’s own name and buying some unrelated searches.
The work
We capped brand bids, simplified the campaign structure, expanded irrelevant-search exclusions and directed equipment ads to a relevant category page. Follow-up reports separated observed changes from recommendations still awaiting a decision.
The result
Average brand-search cost per click was about 77% lower in the later reporting window: $1.59 compared with $6.83 before the takeover.
Comparison: August 5–September 10, 2026 (37 days, 102 brand clicks), versus the 30 days to July 7, 2026. Small-volume, observed cost comparison; it does not establish a change in leads, sales or return on ad spend.
Major proposal assessment
A second look before a $100,000 commitment.
The starting point
A client was considering a third-party proposal costing $100,000.
The work
We reviewed the proposal and the available business information, evaluating whether the proposed work would address the underlying problem and assessing the paths forward.
The result
The assessment helped the client avoid proceeding with a proposal that would not adequately solve the problem.
The $100,000 figure is the proposed cost of that work, not a measured loss or a cash refund.
Shipping & online store integration
Shipping prices built around the client’s actual costs and fees.
The starting point
The client reported shipping figures that had previously been off by as much as 30–40%, making shipping harder to account for.
The work
We implemented a connection between shipping pricing and the online store, configured around the client’s needs. The setup includes the client’s underlying price, markup, and shipping and handling fees, with those components configurable by the client.
The result
The client reports a much clearer picture of shipping, with control over the pricing components behind the store.
The earlier 30–40% discrepancy is client-reported context. No measured savings or post-implementation error rate is claimed.
Business expansion assessment
Evidence to weigh the next product-line investment.
The starting point
A client was evaluating a further expansion into a product sales category.
The work
We brought the available data into an assessment of the paths forward, giving the client a structured basis for weighing the decision.
The result
The client received an assessment to support a more informed expansion decision.
This is a completed decision assessment. A subsequent launch, revenue increase or return on investment is not claimed.
Website refresh
A full website refresh, currently underway.
The starting point
A client engaged GuildHall for a full refresh of its website.
The work
We are carrying out the refresh as a scoped implementation project.
In progress
Work is in progress. The completed site and its performance will be assessed after delivery.
No launch, conversion improvement or completed outcome is claimed yet.
